Each August, Phoenix Magazine publishes its Top Dentists list to help keep the Valley community informed and a click away from finding their perfect Doctor. The list is generated via an online survey of practicing dentists all around the Phoenix area, focusing on peer nomination. In the process, dentists of nine specialties are nominated, vetted and awarded the Top Dentist title annually. For Dr. Spencer Wilson, the phrase good things come in threes couldn’t be more true. As this is his third year of topping the list of best dentists across the Greater Phoenix area, one thing holds true: his dedication to serve patients.
Since his Dental education began at Northwestern University Dental School, Dr. Wilson pursued specialization at the University of Texas Southwestern to become a certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. While Dr. Wilson hasn’t been in the traditional student role recently, he continues learning in the Oral and Maxillofacial specialty. Additionally, Dr. Wilson currently teaches growing dental students at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health as an adjunct professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Just as Dr. Wilson pursued his education all across the US, his professional experience is the same. Having worked in Illinois, Texas, Louisiana and now, calling Arizona home, Dr. Wilson continues pursuing his specialization by serving the greater Valley community with expertise and unmatched care.
Regardless of procedure or ailment, patient testimonials are filled with common phrases and words including kind, painless, informational, helpful and more. It’s no wonder Dr. Wilson is topping the list for the third year in a row. From leading the Maxillofacial Surgery Center team with care, Dr. Wilson and his team ensure each patient is made to feel informed, heard, comfortable and cared for from consultation to post-operation.
While we can’t be certain of what the next year holds, we do know there will be wisdom teeth, consultations, and life-changing care. We know Dr. Wilson will expertly serve and care for patients.
